Dwayne Castle has nearly 30 years in customer service, training, and leadership development. He founded Buckeye Workforce Development in 2017 to work with youth, frontline employees, and leadership teams to improve team dynamics, customer experience, and employee retention. In 2023, He and his wife, Deborah, opened Ole Dog's Coffee Culture, a specialty retail store located in Galion, Ohio.
