Mr. Boyer began his career with Ohio Mutual in 2009 in thesalesdepartment.He has a B.A.fromTheOhio State University, where he double-majoredin journalism and history.His previous experience includes communicationroles in state governmentand the nonprofit sector, and as an entrepreneur. He serves on a number of community boards in Crawford County, and even though he commutes 65 miles to work from New Albany, he considers Crawford County to be his adopted home.

Justis Clifford has worked in the communications field since 2011 and currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for North Central Electric Cooperative. In his role, he oversees three divisions that handle key accounts, economic development, government affairs, regulations/legislation, communications, and energy services. Clifford has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Muskingum University, a master’s degree in mass communications and public relations from Kent State University, and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana. Clifford is also a proud member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, a Master Mason with the Ohio Free and Accepted Masons, and serves as the Public Affairs Officer for AMVETS Post 162.
