Nancy Clutter has been an integral part of the Crawford Partnership team since 2016. Initially joining as an Office Assistant, she was promoted to Administrative Coordinator in January 2023. With over three decades of experience in administrative and customer service roles, Nancy brings exceptional organizational and financial management skills to the team. She serves as a member of the Avita Bucyrus Auxilliary, Bucyrus Rotary, and an Ambassador for the Crawford County Chamber. Before her tenure at Crawford Partnership, Nancy worked at Bucyrus Telegraph-Forum/Gannett for 23 years, where she provided sales support, managed customer service issues, and handled daily financial transactions. She graduated from Bucyrus High School with a focus on General Office Occupations and Clerical Services. At the Crawford Partnership, Nancy manages the day-to-day financial administration and oversees organizational funding for initiatives such as Crawford County Imagination Library, Crawford Reads 20, Crawford County CEO, and the Crawford County Transportation Improvement District. She also handles event logistics for board meetings and networking events, including State of the Vision, Summer Social, and Jingle & Mingle. In addition to these responsibilities, Nancy is in charge of daily office management tasks and assists with scheduling. Committed to continuous professional development, she completed the Ohio Basic Economic Development course through the Ohio Economic Development Association (OEDA) and the Gig Income & Techy Assets course from US Housing Consultants in 2024. Building on this expertise, she earned the OCCD Community Development Professional Certification in 2025, further enhancing her ability to contribute to the organization's mission.

Mr. Boyer began his career with Ohio Mutual in 2009 in the sales department. He has a B.A. from The Ohio State University, where he double-majored in journalism and history. His previous experience includes communication roles in state government and the nonprofit sector, and as an entrepreneur.  He serves on a number of community boards in Crawford County, and even though he commutes 65 miles to work from New Albany, he considers Crawford County to be his adopted home.

I am honored to serve on the board of the Crawford CEO Program, which is dedicated to providing students with meaningful, real-world learning experiences. This program offers incredible opportunities for students to develop and strengthen their entrepreneurial skillset through hands-on projects, mentorship, and community partnerships. Through this work, students are empowered to build confidence, leadership, and innovative thinking that will support their future success.

 

I am honored and blessed to be the Superintendent of Crestline Exempted Village Schools. I began this position in August 2023. I spent the past eight years as the Superintendent of Dalton Local Schools. 

 

June 2015, I completed my 17th year in education, my fifth year as Principal of Kimpton Middle School, and my 11th as an administrator with the Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Kent State University in Secondary Education: Comprehensive Social Studies and a Minor in School Health Education. Before Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools, I began my teaching career as an Individual Small Group Tutor at Hudson High School. I then went back to Kent State University and obtained my elementary teaching certification and taught 5th Grade in a self-contained classroom and then 7th Grade World History in the Nordonia Hills City Schools. While there I obtained my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as my Ed.S. in K-12 School Administration from Kent State University. 

 

I began my administrative career with the Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools as the Assistant Principal at Lakeview Intermediate School. After a little more than a year there, I became the Principal at Fishcreek Elementary School. I was at Fishcreek Elementary for 5 years, before moving to Kimpton Middle School. I obtained my Superintendent’s License after completing coursework through Ashland University. In addition to my career in education, I also enjoyed a short career (2 years) in law enforcement, as a Deputy Sheriff for the Summit County Sheriff's Office in the mid 1990's.

Justis Clifford has worked in the communications field since 2011 and currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for North Central Electric Cooperative.  In his role, he oversees three divisions that handle key accounts, economic development, government affairs, regulations/legislation, communications, and energy services. 

Clifford has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Muskingum University, a master’s degree in mass communications and public relations from Kent State University, and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.  Clifford is also a proud member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, a Master Mason with the Ohio Free and Accepted Masons, and serves as the Public Affairs Officer for AMVETS Post 162.

Dr. Michael Martin, a proud alumnus of Buckeye Central High School, has transformed his alma mater into a beacon of educational excellence, rivaling the wealthiest suburban schools in Ohio. With a rich background as an adjunct professor, a best-selling author of "Blending Instruction with Technology," a national speaker, and most importantly, a devoted father and husband, Dr. Martin's drive to elevate rural education is both personal and professional.

One of Dr. Martin's most notable achievements is the enhancement of the school's curriculum. He has introduced a wide range of unparalleled course offerings, catering to diverse student interests and career aspirations. The creation of a state-of-the-art STEAM lab has placed Buckeye Central at the forefront of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics education. Here, students engage in hands-on, project-based learning (PBL), fostering critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

A strong advocate for technology integration, Dr. Martin has ensured that digital tools and resources are seamlessly blended into the instructional framework. This approach not only enhances learning experiences but also prepares students for a tech-driven world. His initiatives in integrating Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) have created a nurturing environment where students feel safe, valued, and empowered to voice their opinions.

Dr. Martin's commitment to building a strong, inclusive school community is further exemplified by the implementation of the Ron Clark Academy's House System. This initiative fosters a sense of belonging and camaraderie among students, promoting a positive school culture and community spirit.

As a father of four daughters and a dedicated husband, he understands the importance of a supportive and enriching educational environment. His personal experiences fuel his passion for ensuring that Buckeye Central students have access to the same opportunities as their peers in wealthier districts.
